Production
Your unique cabinets will come to life throughout the production process. While the scope of your project will determine the amount of time necessary for manufacturing, the industry typical is four to six weeks.
Delivery and Installation
The delivery of your stunning cabinets is the most exciting aspect. When our specialists arrive at your home, they will prepare the new space for cabinetry. If your task requires a remodel, you may expect them to remove your present cabinets. Then, to confirm that the installation is plumb, authentic, and square, our expert installation staff will evaluate any sections that require shimming or scribing. This is because our modern design cabinets need an unrivaled degree of competence to ensure a flawless installation with even, tight reveals. The standard installation technique starts with a mounting base, and the taller cabinets are secured with wall studs to ensure stability and safety while working on them.To guarantee a clean installation, we work around plumbing and electrical components.
Kitchen Cabinet Materials
We take pride in utilizing the highest quality board, kitchen benchtop, hardware, and other materials for our projects.
Plywood
This is the most frequent material for cabinets, and if high-quality plywood is utilized, your kitchen will last a long time. Plywood comprises thin layers of wood veneer that are bonded together. These layers are visible in a cross-section, with the grains alternating for extra stability.
Commercial-grade plywood, boiling waterproof plywood (BWP), and marine-grade plywood is available in various grades. Because the kitchen is subjected to dampness and high temperatures, only BWP or marine grades should be used. Ensure the cabinets are thick enough to support the weight while being robust. Using plywood with a thickness of at least 18 mm is recommended.

MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard)
MDF is a high-quality composite material composed of reclaimed wood fibres and resin. It's CNC-milled under high pressure, commonly in one-piece frames with the recessed panel cut out in the center. MDF appeals to customers because it is resistant to cracking and peeling, making it extremely easy to paint over.
Pre-laminated Particle Board
Particleboard cabinets are perhaps the least traditional cabinet-building approach. Particleboard is made by combining wood chips and particles with an adhesive, which is then fused together to form panels. This combination is the least solid of the possibilities since it is essentially shards of wood pulverized into little pieces, and the glue is the only thing keeping it together.
Stainless Steel
While stainless steel lends a desired contemporary vibe to a kitchen, it is not as desirable as wood. Although stainless steel is more widely used in professional kitchens, it is challenging to remove fingerprints and scratches. Stainless steel does not expand and contract like wood, making it an excellent choice for moist environments.
Cabinets are often delivered ready to build, but semi-custom alternatives are ideal if you want more control over the final result. Drawers are a component of cabinetry that many people ignore. Typically, they are composed of the same material as the cabinet box; however, on high- quality cabinets, they may be made of solid wood to survive future misuse. The drawer fronts will most likely be made of solid wood or MDF.

Bar Pulls
However, if you chose superwide pulls, one is plenty. They are available in several sizes and finishes, making them an excellent choice for adding a modern touch to your kitchen. They look great with long and narrow mosaic tiles and large and rectangular tiles with trendy pendant lighting.
The most frequent bar pulls are stainless steel, available in satin nickel, black, and polished brass finishes. Pulls are a better alternative if you have senior individuals living with you because they can better utilize their entire hands rather than just their fingers.
Bin Pulls
Bin pulls are an old favorite due to their durable, ergonomic design and the low-profile charm they give to workstations and cabinets in your kitchen. Bin or cup pulls are a popular choice for adding a simple, antique appearance to a kitchen. Bin pulls, and knobs are available in chrome, matte-nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, cast iron, and brass finishes.
Bin pulls are ideal for heavier drawers since they are robust and functional. They are also gentle on the hands, easy to clean and may be paired with various cabinet types.
Leather Handles And Pulls
These pulls and handles give a firm grip and incorporate metals that suit any kitchen style, making them a gentler alternative to classic harsh hardware.
Recessed Pulls
This choice is ideal for the busy cook or the active cook. Cabinet doors and drawers have recessed handles. They will not catch on clothing or cause bumps on elbows since they do not protrude. They can be built of the same material or color as the cabinets to blend in, or they can be made of contrasting substances to draw attention to the appearance.
Drop Handles
Drop handles are two-piece handles with a mounted section and a hanging pull, making built- ins seem more like furniture. While a dangling ring is the most frequent type, drop handles may be made in various shapes and patterns.
Another advantage of using drop handles is that they make it more difficult for little children to open the cabinet, which is ideal for families with curious toddlers. They are an excellent choice for adorning plain-looking cabinets.
Classic Ceramic Knobs
Ceramic knobs add a touch of class to your kitchen. Ceramic knobs complement natural wood finishes and glass cabinets well. Ceramic knobs, whether simple white or a unique design, provide a homey touch to your kitchen.
Glass Knobs
Glass or crystal knobs provide a touch of elegance and flair. Glass knobs, which resemble a French perfume bottle or an antique whiskey decanter, provide a subtle refinement to your cabinets.
How To Select A Cabinet Knob Or A Pull?
Here are some tips when selecting knobs or pulls for your kitchen cabinets!
Knob Or Pull
There are no hard and fast guidelines to follow when deciding whether to use a knob, a pull, or both. One option is to utilize knobs on all doors and drawer pulls on all drawers. It is far more pleasant to open a drawer with a pull since it allows you to grip your entire hand rather than just your fingers. You may also limit yourself to only knobs or only pulls.
Square Or Curved
Note the cabinet type, countertop edge, lighting fixtures, and other key design details. Are the lines square or curved? Special hardware that complements the style of lines in your design.
Finish
While most homeowners prefer chrome or brushed nickel, there are a variety of alternative finishes to add flair to your kitchen. You don't have to match the finish of your faucet as long as it complements the other finishes in the design, including the faucet.
Comfort
Before you buy, test out the knob or pull. Touch it, feel it, and put your hand inside the pull. Does it fit? Does it feel good? Or does it cram your fingers and feel sharp at the edges? Four fingers should fit easily. Cabinet knobs and pulls should be harmonious and comfortable and complement the area's overall appearance. Before you choose them for your kitchen, do your homework!
